Few spots on fabric, no tears. Most are armless. See photos for detail. The purchaser is responsible for loading and removal from campus no later than 2 pm MST on or before Wednesday, August 19, 2026. Scheduling for pick-up to be completed during normal business hours. LCCC staff members are not available to assist with loading these items. It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser. These items are transferred and accepted in as-is, where-is condition, without warranty of any character, express or implied, or of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, the Recipient hereby agrees to indemnify, save, and hold harmless LCCC and their respective trustees, officers, agents, and employees from any loss, liability, damage, or cost (including but not limited to attorney s fees & workman s compensation) that may result from or in any connection to the Recipient s removal of the surplus from LCCC.
