This lot consists of 1 large 12-ft round conference table. It comes with 14 black leather executive style chairs, with wheels. The table is 12-foot, brown wooden table-top and base. The top and base can be broken down into 2 pieces each, for easier loading and transport. The hardware is included. There are some scratches and dents due to years of use. The overall condition is fair to poor. Our pick up schedule is: Tuesdays 12:30pm 03:30pm Thursday 08:00am 11:00 am It is also listed at the top of your bill of sale. Please make sure you read removal instructions before bidding. Most important is WE DO NOT SHIP and please arrive early enough to allow time for packing and loading during the pick-up period. Also, bring your tools/equipment for loading. (hand truck, forklift, packing material, etc.) Third Party Pick up: If someone else is to pick up in your place you will need to sign an Authorization of Release Form. It has to be this person picking up. Please contact us for a copy of this form. If we do not have it, your pick-up person will be turned away or can experience delays. You should get a Bill of Sale once you pay for the goods. Please check your spam folder if you don't see it. Otherwise get in touch with us to send you a copy. This must be signed on day of pick up or sent with your Authorization of Release Form.
