Highest bidder will need to submit prior to being awarded: Proof of US Citizenship Overview Lot of medical, dental, and eye clinic equipment from various manufacturers. The equipment is classified in repairable condition. The lot includes patient lifts, optical instruments, vital signs monitors, medical carts, diagnostic equipment, and other medical devices that were working when taken out of service. View attached list for description and quantity. Condition & Markings This lot is in repairable condition. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. Keeler head lamp needs mirror replacement. Keeler light device needs battery. Howard Medical cart needs battery replacement. Verathon Bladder Scanner needs software. Braun infusion pump needs battery. Nuance dictation device needs software. Clinton Medical bariatric chair needs cushion repair and rust removal. Hard drive has not been removed from laptop but contains no patient information. Equipment may or may not require repair and may or may not be missing parts. All equipment is sold as is. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment. Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description. Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance. Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchaser's receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday 08:30 AM - 4:00 PM CST. Successful bidders are responsible for loading, packing and removing all property from the exact location where the property is situated. The condition of the property is not warranted.
