The Successful Bidder of this lot will be required to sign and date a Medical Statement of Intent and send to melinda.jenkins@gsa.gov prior to remitting full payment and initiating removal. Overview This lot contains medical equipment consisting of (12) items. The equipment is classified in repairable condition. The items have been removed from service due to replacement with newer equipment and have reached end of life-cycle status according to Bio-Med services. Equipment quantities are approximate and models may vary. Key Features (4) Cavitron Jet Plus dental equipment units. (2) Pentamix 3 dental equipment units. (2) VPM2 Programmable Vacuum Mixers for dental applications. (1) dental equipment control box. (2) bladder scanner units. (1) Kangaroo feeding pump manufactured by Covidien. Condition & Markings This lot is in repairable condition. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. All items have been classified as repairable by HTM Bio-Med services. Both VPM2 Programmable Vacuum Mixers are working but have exceeded life cycle, with one unit including a stand and one without. The dental equipment control box requires a new circuit card. One bladder scanner needs a new stand and has reached end of life-cycle. The second bladder scanner works but has also reached end of life cycle. The Kangaroo feeding pump is in working condition. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment. Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description. Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance. Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchaser's receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal. Items are available for viewing from 9am-3pm, Monday through Friday at the assigned location.
