The Successful Bidder of this lot will be required to sign and date a Medical Statement of Intent and send to melinda.jenkins@gsa.gov prior to remitting full payment and initiating removal. Overview This lot contains (1) Howard Cart Model HI PARADIGM, (1) Audiometer Model GSI 61, and (3) Vital Sign Monitors Model CONNEX 6500. All items are classified in repairable condition. The equipment includes various medical devices with different serial numbers and purchase dates ranging from 2009 to 2016. Specifications Howard Cart: Model: HI PARADIGM Serial Number: 4716165015 Audiometer: Model: GSI 61 Serial Number: AA094729 Vital Sign Monitor (Unit 1): Model: CONNEX 6500 Serial Number: 21100027152616 Vital Sign Monitor (Unit 2): Model: CONNEX 6500 Serial Number: 21100037632916 Vital Sign Monitor (Unit 3): Model: CONNEX 6500 Serial Number: 21100026742616 Condition & Markings This lot is in repairable condition. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. The Howard Cart was purchased in 2016. The Audiometer was purchased in 2009. All three Vital Sign Monitors were purchased in 2016. Sale is with no warranties. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance. Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchaser's receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal.
