GovAuctions Summary

Microsoft Surface laptop model 1796 with 256GB storage that powers on but is untested, no charging cable included. Surface parts dealers and refurbishment shops target these for component recovery or budget resale. Confirm the display powers on and has no visible cracks, and verify the keyboard and touchpad respond, since input failures significantly limit resale value.
