This lot contains (1 Lot total) mixed spent brass ammo consisting of 12 boxes with an estimated brass count of 40,445 casings. This sale for ammunition component (expended "scrap" ammunition) will be sold only to companies licensed to perform manufacturing/remanufacturing processes under the provisions of 18 U.S.C. 923, or other Federal law or regulation, or to companies allowed to purchase ammunition components under local and state laws. Bidders will be required to provide the appropriate license, if required, and also sign a statement of certification prior to finalizing the award contract. This license will be required from the successful bidder within 24 hrs after the sale closes. This information should be emailed to jerry.doyle@gsa.gov . The purchaser will not be allowed to remove this lot until the required license and payment is received.
