Condition: Good Modular Classroom / Shop Trailer – Summit Logistic ATCO-Style Modular Building – Approx. 52' x 20' – Includes Equipment & Contents This lot consists of one (1) Summit Logistic modular classroom/shop trailer constructed in an ATCO-style configuration. This modular unit has been rated as being in good condition, as it has been well maintained and cared for throughout its service life. While the flooring and interior wall surfaces exhibit normal signs of wear consistent with regular use, the overall structure presents well and remains in good operational condition. The only notable known issue is that the right-side securing latch for the overhead door does not align properly. However, the left-side securing latch continues to securely hold the overhead door in the closed position. The modular building features two primary interior spaces, making it well suited for a variety of commercial, industrial, construction, educational, or storage applications. Entry through the front is provided by the included front porch and staircase. The rear of the unit is equipped with a handicap-accessible ramp that provides access to the rear entrance while also facilitating the movement of equipment and materials. The ramp connects to a rear porch and stair assembly, offering multiple access points into the building. One end of the structure is equipped with a 9-foot by 9-foot overhead door, allowing convenient loading, unloading, and movement of larger equipment or materials. A significant feature of this auction is that all items photographed inside the building are included with the sale. This includes the existing storage components, materials, and equipment currently housed within the modular unit. Among the most notable included equipment are: One (1) HG Spec GMP6 unit (reported to be functional) One (1) Oil Miser OM-180 unit (reported to be functional) These units are included with the sale along with the remaining interior contents shown in the photographs. Please Note: All items visible outside the modular building in the photographs are NOT included. Dunnage, the wood sheds, sawhorses, storage tank(s) and any other exterior materials or equipment are excluded from this auction. Unless otherwise stated.
