The Nautilus Nitro Plus Abductor/Adductor unit can provide direct work for two opposing muscle groups in one machine, minimizing use of valuable floor space in today’s facilities. Provides effective work for the outer hip and/or the inner thigh. Weight stack location provides user privacy and easy accessibility. Movement arm easily adjusts for different starting positions. Adjustable back pad provides four positions on inclination, providing desirable torso positioning for optimum muscle recruitment for each movement. Weight selection adjustments in 5 lb.
