This item is one lot of 14 Skids of post office boxes. They are combination boxes. We do not know the combination. This lot is being sold "as is, where is." MTSU does not guarantee the operability or functionality of this lot. It will be the responsibility of the winning bidder to provide all resources necessary to facilitate the removal of the 29 lockers from the warehouse on the MTSU campus. I highly encourage and recommend that anyone wishing to submit a bid on this lot to make an appointment. An appointment can be made by contacting the aforementioned Austin Mankin at 615-898-5940 or Donathan Murray at 615-898-5940. If an MTSU department or other state entity makes a claim on the Post Office Boxes, a $5000.00 FMV or fair market value will be assessed and collected before the transfer of ownership can take place. This Does Not Apply to the General Public Tier.
