Buyers must sign Bill of Sale at the Snead State Business Office prior to removal of items. Buyers are responsible for REMOVAL and LOADING of all purchased items. Removal must occur before 1 PM, Monday-Thursday by appointment only. If purchased equipment requires a lull / lift, the buyer must provide ALL appropriate equipment and labor to remove items.
