PLEASE READ PRIOR TO PURCHASE, AS IT MIGHT CHANGE YOUR DECISION TO BID: The following terms are nonnegotiable, and buyers MUST adhere if they would like to purchase from our institution: All items are sold As-Is with no warranties, or refunds provided. Buyers must sign Bill of Sale at the Snead State Business Office prior to removal of items. Buyers are responsible for REMOVAL and LOADING of all purchased items. Removal must occur before 1 PM, Monday-Thursday by appointment only. If purchased equipment requires a lull / lift, the buyer must provide ALL appropriate equipment and labor to remove items.
