All items sold as is, where is, no warranties, actual or implied and no refunds on any kind. All Vehicles are sold as is, it is the buyers responsibility to verify road worthiness before operating the vehicle. It is the responsibility of the winning bidder to prepare all items for shipment and load items for transport. The City of Worland does not pack, palletize, shrink-wrap or prepare items for transport or shipment. WE DO NOT SHIP AUCTION ITEMS. Payment must be received within 5 business days, all items must be removed within 10 business days.
