The City of Rio Rancho is offering one (1) portable pickleball net system. The net is used and may show signs of wear, including scratches, dents, scuffs, dust, fading, surface rust, fraying, or other cosmetic imperfections from normal use and storage. The City does not guarantee condition, functionality, structural integrity, net tension, or completeness. The item is being sold as-is, where-is, with no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied. Important Notes: Buyer is responsible for all loading and transportation. Item may be heavy, oversized, and/or require special handling. City staff will not be responsible for loading, securing, disassembling, or transporting the item. No loading assistance will be provided. Buyer must bring proper equipment, a suitable vehicle or trailer, and sufficient help for removal. Item is sold as-is, where-is. Pickup must be coordinated prior to arrival. Pickup must be scheduled in advance and completed during approved pickup hours.
