This lot contains (1 EA) Armedica power hi-lo treatment table. The table is classified in repairable condition. The table feature adjustable height mechanisms and blue vinyl upholstery with white metal frames. The successful bidder must submit the attached Medical Device Statement of Intent to helen.thach@gsa.gov before payment can be processed. Please note that the contract will not be awarded until this document is received. Blue vinyl upholstered surface. White metal frame construction. Manual documentation included with installation and maintenance procedures. Condition & Markings This lot is in used condition. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. Visible wear and tear on the vinyl upholstery including scuff marks and surface damage. One table shows a tear in the blue vinyl surface. Both tables show signs of previous use with minor surface scratches on the metal frames. Tables are currently positioned in different locations as shown in the images. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays.
