The system is a motorized rotational chair designed for diagnostic evaluation of vestibular and balance disorders. The device shows normal cosmetic wear consistent with clinical use and is classified in used condition. The successful bidder must submit the attached Medical Device Statement of Intent to helen.thach@gsa.gov before payment can be processed. Please note that the contract will not be awarded until this document is received. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. Device shows normal cosmetic wear consistent with clinical use. May require calibration or routine maintenance prior to clinical deployment. Chair upholstery shows wear and surface scratches from use. Various warning labels and operational placards are visible on the equipment. Item is sold as-is. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays.
