The existing Precor TRM 885/845/833/823 V1 Treadmill with P30 Console (Commercial Grade), Model: AAEJF25120072, Serial Number: AMWF27120015, is currently located in the Essex County College Fitness Center. The treadmill has been used extensively by the Essex County College Athletics Department, as well as students, faculty, and staff, to support fitness, athletic conditioning, instructional activities, and wellness programs throughout the academic year. The unit remains operational and continues to function as intended. However, it may occasionally pause during use and display Error Code 6. The issue is temporarily resolved by power cycling the treadmill (turning the unit off and back on), allowing normal operation to resume. Although the equipment remains serviceable, the intermittent error may affect reliability and indicates that the unit is approaching the end of its useful service life. As part of Essex County College's ongoing commitment to providing safe, reliable, and modern fitness equipment, the College is seeking to replace this treadmill as part of a broader upgrade of the cardiovascular equipment in the Fitness Center.
