Overview This lot contains (5) procedure chairs model 527. The equipment is classified in usable condition. The chairs are medical procedure equipment suitable for healthcare facilities. Condition & Markings This lot is in used condition. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. The equipment is described as being in useable or repairable condition. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment. Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description. Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance. Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchaser's receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal. The successful bidder must ensure they have the resources, equipment and personnel to remove the goods purchased. A vehicle at least 3 feet tall is required to upload items from the dock to your vehicle or trailer. The successful bidder will be totally responsible for moving items from the dock to their vehicle. The entire lot is expected to be removed on the day of pick up. Pickup must be scheduled with Johnny Davis (NX Inventory Specialist) at 601-362-4471 ext 5-6271 or by email at johnny.davis9@va.gov.
