Masimo RAD-57 pulse oximeter. The item is in used condition. The successful bidder must submit the attached Medical Device Statement of Intent to helen.thach@gsa.gov before payment can be processed. Please note that the contract will not be awarded until this document is received. Key Features Handheld unit with red protective boot and attached finger clip sensor on cable. Condition & Markings This lot is in used condition. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. Defects may be present that are not immediately detectable. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description. Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance. Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchasers receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal. Additional Information: The buyer must provide all labor, tools, and equipment necessary to disassemble, remove, and load the equipment. All shipping and packaging costs are the winner's responsibility to arrange and pay. For on-site pickup, successful bidders are responsible for loading and removal of all awarded property. Awarded items must be picked up within 14 days. The successful bidder must complete and sign a Statement of Intent and submit it via email to Helen.Thach@gsa.gov prior to removing the property.
