Howard County does not ship or prepare items for shipping. We do allow shipping companies to pick up. An email is required from the winning bidder with the name of the company or person authorized to pick up. Please be sure that the shipping company comes prepared with winning bidder's information. The winning bidder MUST provide their own labor and materials to remove the item(s) from the warehouse and must take all items at time of pickup.
