Overview Cooper Surgical Carter-Thomason CloseSure System. This lot is in new/unused condition. The system includes 5 units with item number CTI-512N, lot number 550007423, and expiration date October 14, 2027. This is Rx Equipment and will only be awarded to a licensed physician or qualified business. The high bidder must complete Section A of the attached Medical Device Statement of Intent Form and send it to Morgan.Tharp@gsa.gov. Key Features Sterile single-use medical device for laparoscopic port site closure. Complete system with integrated trocar and pilot guide components. Individual sterile packaging for each unit. Condition & Markings This lot is in new condition. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. All units remain sealed in original sterile packaging. Packaging shows manufacturer identification and product specifications. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday 0700-1530 Mountain Standard Time (MST), by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays.
