Overview This lot contains (4) Philips Respironics V60 ventilation machines. The item is in used condition. Units turn on and appear to function, though formal testing or verification of functionality has not been conducted. This is Rx Equipment and will only be awarded to a licensed physician or qualified business. The high bidder must complete Section A of the attached Medical Device Statement of Intent Form and send it to Morgan.Tharp@gsa.gov. Condition & Markings This lot is in used condition. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. Full operational condition is unknown and not guaranteed. Units power on and seem to function but have not undergone formal testing or verification. In 2023 a voluntary recall correction was issued on these models.
