Condition: FAIR Safe for sale, have combination and works. Must make arrangements first, its heavy so bring moving equipment and manpower, we will not provide any help of any kind. This item is offered for sale "AS IS, WHERE IS." Surplus Property (Seller) makes no warranty, guarantee or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchant ability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. The buyer must make arrangements with the seller to coordinate a pick up time and date. If the buyer shows up without making arrangements, they will be turned away. Contact Inventory Control (Lon Dobrosky or Jeremy Stith) @ 623-773-7490. The Buyer will perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will Seller assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping. You must bring help with you if the item is unmanageable by yourself. PICK UP: Pick up time is Monday Thursday 7 AM 2 PM ONLY, ONLY . Buyer must pick up items including providing proper vehicles, equipment and manpower required to pick up and load items. You are expected to remove your own items . Buyer is expected to load your own items. If you cannot carry or lift, you will need to bring someone to help you. After paying for your auction items please email to schedule an appointment to pick up your items. It is required for you to make an appointment to pick up your items.
