The Successful Bidder of this lot will be required to sign and date a Medical Statement of Intent and send to michelle.etsitty@gsa.gov prior to remitting full payment and initiating removal. Required for Professional Use Intention and/or License Verification. Overview (1) Fujifilm Sonosite L25X 13-6 ultrasound transducer. Serial Number: 05NL24 Condition & Markings This lot is in new condition. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 3:30pm, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian at vhamusnx@va.gov to schedule an appointment. Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description. Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance. Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchasers receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal. Additional Information: Purchaser is responsible for all packing, palletizing, and removal of the equipment. Purchaser must bring all equipment necessary to load and remove the items purchased.
