..................PLEASE READ BEFORE BIDDING........... Steel Mezzanine approximate size: 8’ tall x 20’ wide x 48’ long. PLEASE DO NOT BID IF YOU CANNOT COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING 1. Starting date will be no more than 7 days after auction close date and completed in 2 weeks time. 2. All work needs to be done between the hours of 8 am and 5 pm Monday – Friday. 3. Proper safety measures and PPE must be utilized. Hard hat, safety glasses, harness, and lanyard. 4. Any hot work will require a permit. 5. All working on removal and repairs must watch contractor video provided by Site Contact Mark Stansberry. 6. Winning bidder MUST be self-insured. 7. Winning bidder is responsible for any Post office building and equipment damage. Covered in the hold harmless agreement they MUST sign before starting work. 8. Winning bidder cannot use any post office equipment. 9. If forklift is needed, winning bidder must bring their own ELECTRIC OR BATTERY operated forklift 10.
