Only people who are either U.S. citizens or Lawful Permanent Residents (LPRs) are allowed purchase this property. The following must be presented prior to the removal of this property: A current and undamaged U.S. Passport; or Two forms of identification to include (1) proof of U.S Citizenship in the form of a certified birth certificate issued by the city, county or State; Consular Report of Birth Abroad or Certification of Birth (Form FS-240, FS-545 or DS-1350); or Naturalization Certificate (Form N-550 or N-570) or Certificate of Citizenship (Form N-560 or N-561), and (2) proof of identification in the form of a Government or State issued photo ID. Condition & Markings This lot is in used condition. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. Equipment shows typical signs of field use with some surface wear and scuffing on cases and instruments. All items bear manufacturer identification plates and model numbers. Some instruments show minor cosmetic wear but appear structurally intact. Carrying cases show wear from transport and field use. Individual serial numbers and model information are visible on most equipment pieces. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance. Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchaser's receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal. Items are in a controlled area and an appointment must be made with property custodian for viewing and/or pickup. Buyer is responsible for pickup and loading of items.
