The lot includes (2 EA) Hill Laboratories HA90PT tables, (1 EA) Hill Laboratories HA90C table, and (2 EA) Performa Armedica AM-340 tables. The tables are in used condition. The successful bidder must submit the attached Medical Device Statement of Intent to helen.thach@gsa.gov before payment can be processed. Please note that the contract will not be awarded until this document is received. NEW POLICY: You MUST be a U.S. Citizen to bid on the following properties: electronics, laboratory equipment, and medical equipment. Key Features Mixed lot of examination, treatment, and chiropractic tables from two manufacturers. Hill Laboratories tables include patient treatment models HA90PT and HA90C. Performa Armedica AM-340 tables designed for medical examination purposes. Condition & Markings This lot is in used condition. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. All 5 tables must be purchased together as a complete lot. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays. Contact the property custodian (listed below) to schedule an appointment. Property Inspection: Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the property prior to placing a bid to evaluate its condition and suitability. By bidding without an inspection, bidders assume the risk of potential omissions in the description. Removal Responsibilities: The successful bidder is solely responsible for all aspects of removal, including packing, crating, banding, loading, and shipping. The agency will not provide assistance. Authorized Third-Party Removal: The authorized third-party agent must present a Letter of Authorization from the high bidder (see terms and conditions for details), a copy of the purchasers receipt, and a valid photo ID at the time of removal.
