These lights were previously issued and used on the department’s former service firearms. All eight lights were in service and working at the time they were removed from use. They were replaced due to a department-wide upgrade/changeover involving firearms, holsters, and weapon-mounted lights. All eight lights were in working order when removed from service. These are used duty lights and may show normal wear from law enforcement use, including scratches, scuffs, finish wear, carbon buildup, or other cosmetic imperfections. Batteries are not included. The items are being sold as pictured, as-is, and where-is. No warranties, guarantees, or representations, expressed or implied, are made regarding the condition, completeness, compatibility, future performance, or serviceability of these items. While all eight lights were working when removed from service, the agency is not responsible for any misinformation, typographical errors, unseen defects, unknown issues, missing parts, cosmetic wear, future failure, or compatibility concerns. It is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect the items, review all photographs, ask questions prior to bidding, and determine whether the items meet their intended use.
