Condition: Fair This lot consists of one (1) Steelcase two-drawer lateral filing cabinet with an integrated work surface. This lot has been rated as being in fair condition due to the unit exhibiting moderate and noticeable aesthetic wear and damage. The filing cabinet shows markings, scrapes, scratches, and chips to the top working surface. The work surface has sustained additional cosmetic damage, including areas where the outermost surface has chipped away and portions of the underlying layer are exposed. Despite the observed cosmetic wear and damage, the filing cabinet remains structurally stable and functional. The work surface is similar in configuration to a desk surface and extends beyond the width of the filing cabinet by approximately 6.25 inches on the right side only.
