If you need to make any changes or corrections to your account information, you must contact GovDeals directly to make those changes. Once the title has been completed, the District cannot be responsible for incorrect or outdated information provided by the winning bidder. VEHICLE CONDITION & PICK-UP REQUIREMENTS IMPORTANT: THIS BUS DOES NOT RUN AND MUST BE TOWED. NO MAINTENANCE OR REPAIR WORK OF ANY KIND IS PERMITTED ON DISTRICT PROPERTY. Vehicle was removed from service in INSPECTIONS Inspections are BY APPOINTMENT ONLY, Monday through Thursday, between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. To schedule an inspection, email surplus@roundrockisd.org. Same-day appointments will NOT be scheduled. PICK-UP REQUIREMENTS Pick-up must be completed within 10 days of payment and is BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. Failure to comply with the designated inspection or pick-up requirements will result in you being turned away. 1. The Vehicle Information Sheet is provided solely as a guide and is not a definitive determination of the vehicle's condition. This is the only information available regarding the vehicle. For additional information, bidders must schedule an inspection appointment. 2. All items must be picked up within the designated timeframe. Any item not picked up within the required timeframe will be considered ABANDONED and may be relisted for sale. 3.NO assistance will be provided in determining the condition of the vehicle or during the vehicle pick-up process. 4.NO maintenance, repairs, mechanical work, dismantling, or other service work of any kind will be permitted on District property. 5. All District tags and license plates have been removed. Temporary tags or plates will NOT be provided. Obtaining any required temporary tags, plates, permits, or other documentation is solely the responsibility of the buyer. 6. Radios, cameras, and any other specialty equipment previously installed on the vehicle may have been removed. 7. The District has the title to the vehicle; however, the title will NOT be available at the time of pick-up. Titles will be sent by certified mail to the address listed on the buyer's account. Please allow up to 7 days after pick-up for the title to be mailed. 8. The vehicle will be titled ONLY to the winning bidder. Any subsequent transfer or change of title is the sole responsibility of the buyer. 9. Vehicles will NOT be available for inspection or pick-up outside the designated days and times. Anyone arriving outside the designated timeframe will be turned away. FINAL SALE / AS-IS CONDITION ALL SALES ARE FINAL. All items are sold "AS IS" and "WHERE IS," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OR GUARANTEES, expressed or implied. The buyer accepts full responsibility for inspecting the vehicle and determining its condition before purchase. AUTHORIZED PICK-UP THE WINNING BIDDER MUST BE PRESENT AT PICK-UP. If the winning bidder is unable to be present, the District will release the vehicle to another individual ONLY after receiving a signed Authorization for Release from the winning bidder and a copy of the winning bidder's valid driver's license before the scheduled pick-up. NO EXCEPTIONS.
