The successful bidder must submit the attached Medical Device Statement of Intent to helen.thach@gsa.gov before payment can be processed. Please note that the contract will not be awarded until this document is received. Condition & Markings This lot is in used condition. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. Visible wear and tear present on the units as noted in the description. Units show signs of previous use including surface scratches and scuff marks. Display screens appear intact but functionality has not been tested. Various cables and monitoring accessories are present with the units. Asset tags and identification labels visible on the equipment. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays.
