This lot contains (1 EA) CAS Medical Systems Model 740 vital signs monitor. The equipment is classified in scrap condition. The unit appears to be a portable medical monitoring device mounted on a wheeled stand with various cables and accessories. The successful bidder must submit the attached Medical Device Statement of Intent to helen.thach@gsa.gov before payment can be processed. Please note that the contract will not be awarded until this document is received. Parts are missing, and repairs are required. Unit displays handwritten markings "3049" and "V407" on the front panel. Red identification tag attached to the device. Various cables and monitoring accessories are present but their functionality is not verified. The wheeled stand shows signs of wear and use.
