BUYER ASSUMES ALL RISK. BUYER MUST PICK UP. NO DELIVERY, NO SHIPPING . THE WINNING BIDDER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR LOADING AND REMOVAL OF ITEMS. WE CANNOT SHIP ANY ITEM(S). HOWEVER, BUYER MAY CONTACT A LOCAL CARRIER OF CHOICE TO PICK-UP, PACKAGE, AND SHIP ITEM(S) AT BUYER S EXPENSE. No maintenance whatsoever will be allowed on department property other than installation of a new battery. Buyer is encouraged to bring help if needed. If items are picked up by a third party, please notify them to arrive fully equipped. If someone other than the bidder is picking up the item, please email a letter of authorization from the winning bidder's email account to purchasing@cyfairfd.org . Letter must include the winning bidder's name, auction number, and the third party's name. Please also include a copy of YOUR (winning bidder) driver's license. The third party must show their driver's license at the time of pick up. We WILL NOT release anything until we receive this information.
