The St. Charles County Highway Department Department has a Western 7’ Plow they would like to sell. Item is rusted and non-functioning. Item is sold as is and buyer is responsible for pick-up. There will not be any county employees available to help with pick up. Item is located at 2480 St. Peters-Howell Road, St. Peters, MO 63376.
