The items are expired and may contain defects that is not immediately detectable. It is offered for sale “As Is, Where Is.” We make no warranty, guarantee, or representation of any kind, expressed or implied, regarding the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. We do not have any additional information to disclose beyond what is provided on this site. Also, in person visits to view the items is not permitted. To schedule removal of a won items, contact Donna Williams at 410-241-1089 or dwilliams12@mdot.maryland.gov. You must call at least 24 hours in advance before pickup. When picking up, you must have your own equipment and help, we have no equipment for you to use upon removal of the items. We do not pack, ship or place a personal label on a shipment. You are responsible for packing, loading and removal of 100% of won items
