Standing at 52" tall, it is Yamaha's flagship professional upright. Its height allows for longer bass strings and a massive spruce soundboard, delivering a richer, more powerful grand-like tone that far exceeds standard 45" studio pianos (like the P22). Visual Condition: Cabinet shows normal wear and tear. Mechanical & Playability: All keys are untested. The piano is currently playable. Tuning: Last tuned Unknown . Please note: Pianos almost always require professional tuning after being moved due to changes in humidity, temperature, and physical shifting. 3. Load-Out Location & Convenience Moving this piano is highly convenient compared to standard residential moves! Ground-Level Load-Out: The instrument is located in a ground-level storeroom with NO interior stairs or tight corners to navigate. Lift-Gate Friendly: Bidders should note there is a standard curbed landing immediately in front of the building's double exit doors. A standard box truck or commercial vehicle equipped with a hydraulic lift gate can back up cleanly to this curbed landing, allowing you to roll the piano on a dolly directly out of the building and straight onto the lift gate. 4.
