This mower does not run. When turning the key, the engine cranks/turn but does not start. Engine hours are unknown. There are scrapes on both sides of the mower. Please be aware that per Washington Administrative Code (WAC) 200-360-040 : "No sale shall be invalid due to defects discovered after sale which may have been discovered by a reasonable inspection of the property before sale."
