READ CAREFULLY: This vehicle was towed from public property under the Abandoned Vehicle Code of the City of Danville, VA. There is no key. IT IS BEING SOLD WITHOUT A TITLE. You will receive a DMV form VSA 40 and the Abandoned Vehicle Record Request Receipt.
