2022 IMA BFB Robot Manipulator System, Infeed manipolator system Ifor tubes arranged with: - 1 driven conveyor to receive tubes already sorted on no.4 lanes from upstream machine; - No. 1 stacking device to lift the tubes in order to be picked up by the robot; - 1° Fanuc robot LR Mate model with gathering head to pick up four rows of tubes and place it into a driven bucket chain to hold up to 3 rows of 4 tubes each. Rows orientation are alternate by the Fanuc robot; - 2° Fanuc robot LR Mate model with gathering head to collate the products on several layers (alternated) inside a bucket chain up to casepacker side pusher area to transfer the product inside the case; - Reject station on second Fanuc area, in order to reject tubes that could remain on bucket chain. In case the Fanuc robot will loose product or will not pick it up, machine will stop. Includes (2) Fanuc LR Mate 200id Robots and A05B-2651-B014 Controllers. Dims 193 x 72 x 95 in.
