2023 IMA BFB CP38 Automatic Cartoning Machine, s/n 8178. Horizontal loading of loose and bundled products into the cases, corrugated cases(american type) are drawn from an horizontal magazine. All the moving parts of the machine are mechanically driven. The machine, arranged for quick size changeover, is equipped with: - horizontal case magazine 1700 mm long complete with minimum cases level checking device and warning light detector for cases consumption. - Case forced opening group complete with machine stop in case of cases not picked up or not well opened. - System for case transport to the loading area. - Closing of the case flap, which is opposite to the case loading side. - Electronic pusher to transfer the products into the case and suitable hopper to facilitate the products introduction into the case. - Toothed belt conveyor for the correct transport of cases to the lateral closing station. - Lateral flap folding station. - Protection guards and steel-painted panels. - Hinged doors complete with micro-switch. - Electrical system and noise level in accordance with the European regulations, voltage 230/400 +/-10%, 50Hz. - Keypad SIEMENS TP900 Comfort complete with display for machine handling, size change over and allarm messages. - One set of change parts. - Mechanical speed 30 cases/minute. - Production speed according to the configuration of products inside the cases.
