2022 IMA GIMA mod. FTC517 Vertical Continuous Motion Filler, s/n 51725V0. An extremely versatile machine to fill several types of products in different container styles and shapes. Quick changeover of the container size and style. The basic machine is standard equipped with: ? Electro-welded painted steel machine frame. Stainless steel finishing of upper surfaces. ? Main transport of the containers with dedicated buckets chain. ? System suitable to positively take the containers out of the buckets. ? In-line outfeed conveyor belt for containers. ? Polycarbonate transparent safety doors with Safety Switches (RFID technology). ? Drive unit with servomotor ? Standard color: RAL 9010 (other colors upon request) ? Equipped with one container size. The machine can be equipped with different feeders, according to the products characteristics, i.e.: ? Mechanical slat counter ? Volumetric doser ? Multihead weigher The machine can be equipped with: ? Dedicated feeder for feeding and indexing the caps into the main buckets chain. ?
