WE BELIEVE THE BATTERIES ARE THE REASON IT WILL NOT START OR HOLD A CHARGE BUT EXACT REPAIRS REQUIRED IS UNKNOWN. NO SHIPPING NO LOADING ASSISTANCE WILL BE PROVIDED NO THIRD PARTY SHIPPING OR THIRD PARTY PICK UPS. AUCTION WINNER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR LOADING AND REMOVAL. ONCE PAYMENT HAS CLEARED PROCESSING WE WILL CALL THE AUCTION WINNER TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT TO PICK UP. APPOINTMENT IS REQUIRED AND PICK UP WILL BE MONDAY-FRIDAY DURING NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS ONLY.
