Condition: SEE DESCRIPTION This lot includes the full set of cabinets and countertops along the side long wall of a former lab classroom . All items show wear consistent with prior use. Measurements are approximate. Five detached upper wall cabinet sets Approx. 12.5 in deep, 30 in tall, 6 ft wide Each set includes double-door cabinets Lower base cabinets with continuous countertop Approx. 32 ft 2 in of countertop Approx. 3 ft tall, 30 in deep Ten double-door base cabinets One single-door base cabinet Offered as shown. Buyer responsible for removal. Local Pickup Only: Items are located in the Hagener Science Center at MSU Northern 300 13th Street West Havre, MT 59501 Inspection strongly recommended prior to bidding. Removal: Buyer must remove auction item(s) from the agency s premises within ten (10) business days after the issuance of the Notice of Award. Item(s) cannot be repaired or worked on while on the property and must be removed before any such work is performed. If the Buyer, after making payment, fails to remove the item within the specified time, the agency reserves the right (1) to retain all payments; and (2) to dispose of the item through another auction or by other means. Successful bidders are responsible for packing, loading, removing, and transporting all property awarded to them from the location listed on the website and in the Notice of Award. The Buyer must make all arrangements and perform all necessary work, including packing, loading, and transportation. The State of Montana will not assume responsibility for any of these services. Additional time for removal may be granted at the agency s discretion, but must be requested, discussed, and agreed upon prior to the expiration of the original removal deadline. No extensions are guaranteed.
