Condition: FAIR Machine ran until cafeteria closed. Purchased in 2018. Unit measures 19' 8" at its longest point by 14' at its widest point. *This item is located at basement level and loading assistance is NOT available. Please make adequate plans to load yourself. * Buyer will have 10 business days to remove from campus property. *SITE VISIT HIGHLY RECOMMENDED* Call for an appointment 406-243-5621. We do not inspect every item to see if it works or the current condition that it is in. Questions asked in the final 8 hours of the auction may not be answered. ITEM PICK UP: Items must be removed from The University of Montana Facilities Services within 10 Business days of the notification by Public Surplus of receipt of payment. The notice of award, payment receipt, and personal ID must be provided at time of pick-up. The winning bidder MUST provide their own labor and materials to remove the item(s) from The University of Montana Surplus and must take all items at time of pickup. Due to liability, University personnel will not be able to help load or secure items. THIRD PARTY PICKUP: If you are out of state, please DO NOT BID unless you can come pick up the item(s) in person. WE WILL NOT SHIP ANY ITEMS. If you are having a third party picking up an item(s) for you, you MUST send an email from the email address listed on file with Public Surplus before the item(s) are picked up. The email MUST include (1) the name of the buyer listed on the paid receipt, (2) item description, and (3) the first and last name of the person who will be picking up the item(s). This email will serve as the buyer's official release authorization. The individual picking items up will then need to bring the (1) Paid Receipt (photocopies are acceptable), (2) personal identification (such as a Driver License). These are required or the item(s) will not be released. SHIPPING: ALL ITEMS MUST BE PICKED UP IN PERSON. NO SHIPPING IS PROVIDED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE.
