The winning bidder MUST provide their own labor and materials to remove the item(s) from The University of Montana Surplus and must take all items at time of pickup. Due to liability, University personnel will not be able to help load or secure items. THIRD PARTY PICKUP: If you are out of state, please DO NOT BID unless you can come pick up the item(s) in person. WE WILL NOT SHIP ANY ITEMS. If you are having a third party picking up an item(s) for you, you MUST send an email from the email address listed on file with Public Surplus before the item(s) are picked up. The email MUST include (1) the name of the buyer listed on the paid receipt, (2) item description, and (3) the first and last name of the person who will be picking up the item(s). This email will serve as the buyer's official release authorization. The individual picking items up will then need to bring the (1) Paid Receipt (photocopies are acceptable), (2) personal identification (such as a Driver License).
