Condition: Fair This lot consists of one (1) large metal ladder, marked in fair condition due to prior use, visible marks, and damage to the welds at the top rung. Condition & Known Damage: The ladder shows signs of prior use and some visible marks. The welds at both connection points of the topmost rung are damaged. These areas have been photographed. Important: The damaged welds may affect the ladder's structural integrity. The ladder should be inspected and repaired by a qualified professional before use. Its current safe operating condition has not been verified.
