GENERAL INFORMATION REGARDING TOWN AUCTION: By submitting a bid for the Town of Longmeadow surplus property and police auction and through signing the Bill of Lading upon pickup, the bidder certifies under penalties of perjury that the bid has been made and submitted in good faith and without collusion or fraud with any other person (The word “person” shall mean any natural person, business, partnership, corporation, union, committee, club or other organization, entity or group of individuals.) The Town of Longmeadow acting through the Town Manager reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive minor informalities and to award in the best interest of the Town.
