Winning bidders will need to schedule a pickup time in advance. We will coordinate pickups in 30-minute windows, with the option to extend to up to one (1) hour if needed, depending on circumstances. Please arrive on time. We kindly ask buyers to follow their scheduled pickup time. If you think you may be running late, please notify us as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly. If delays occur: • If a buyer does not arrive within 15 minutes of the scheduled pickup time and we have not received notice, the pickup will need to be rescheduled. • If this happens a second time, the item may be relisted, and the transaction may be canceled. Our team will be onsite only during the agreed-upon pickup window, so timely communication helps ensure a smooth experience for everyone.
