1997 ROMI Tormax 13-5 Manual Lathe - #1 Used 1997 ROMI Tormax 13-5 manual lathe. It features a manual control system, chuck, carriage, tailstock, and adjustable tool post. Condition: This machine has been school-owned and used in an educational setting. Most functions appear to be in working condition; however, the spindle does not rotate in reverse when selected using the clutch lever. A basic troubleshooting test was performed by manually pressing the reverse contactor inside the electrical cabinet, and the spindle operated in reverse during this test. Based on this test, the issue is believed to be somewhere between the clutch lever and the reverse contactor. The exact cause has not been determined, and further troubleshooting and repairs may be required. Machine is sold as is with no warranty
