Overview This lot contains 7 ZOLL Medical Pedi-padz II pediatric electrode pads. The lot is in new/unused condition. The electrode pads are designed for infants and children aged 0-8 years weighing less than 55 lbs (25kg) and include multi-function defibrillation capabilities. Each unit contains lot number 2426B with expiration date 2028-06-13. The pads feature infant/child electrode configuration with illustrated placement instructions. This is Rx Equipment and will only be awarded to a licensed physician or qualified business. The high bidder must complete Section A of the attached Medical Device Statement of Intent Form and send it to Morgan.Tharp@gsa.gov. Extended shelf life with 2028 expiration dates. Visual placement guide included on packaging for proper electrode positioning. Condition & Markings This lot is in new condition. Parts may be missing, and repairs may be required. All units remain sealed in original packaging. Boxes show consistent lot numbering and expiration dating across all seven units. Full operational condition is unknown and not guaranteed. Inspection and Removal Inspection and Removal: Available Monday through Friday 0700-1530 Mountain Standard Time, by confirmed appointment only. The site is closed on federal holidays.
