Condition: GOOD Vulcan 30 Gallon VG Series Gas Tilting Braising Pan MC These things sell for around $30,000 new. Located at our Missoula College campus in Missoula. Loading dock available. The Vulcan VG30 is a 30-gallon commercial gas tilting braising pan (tilt skillet) engineered for high-volume foodservice operations. [ 1 , 2 ] Key Specifications & Features Capacity: 30 gallons (114 liters) with internal gallon and liter markings. [ 1 , 2 ] Power Input: 90,000 BTU/hr total input (available in natural gas or liquid propane configurations). [ 1 , 2 ] Temperature Range: 50 F to 425 F using solid-state thermostatic controls with electronic ignition. [ 1 , 2 ] Dimensions: 36" W x 35.5" D x 40.5" H (cooking surface measures 29" W x 23" D). [ 1 ] Tilting Mechanism: Manual anti-jam lift mechanism requiring roughly 30 crank revolutions for a full tilt. The winning bidder MUST provide their own labor and materials to remove the item(s) from The University of Montana Surplus and must take all items at time of pickup. Due to liability, University personnel will not be able to help load or secure items.
